Account Deletion Policy for XORA App

XORA respects your privacy and provides users full control over their account and personal data. You may request deletion of your XORA account at any time by following the steps outlined below.
How to Request Account Deletion
1. From within the App
- Open the XORA App
- Go to Profile / Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your deletion request will be submitted.
2. By Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at:
Please include:
- Registered email ID or mobile number
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
What Data Is Deleted
- User profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Login credentials
- Store / seller profile data
- Product listings
- Order history (user-identifiable data)
- Saved preferences and settings
Data Retention (If Applicable)
Some data may be retained temporarily or permanently if required by law or regulatory compliance, including:
- Financial records (GST, invoices, settlements)
- Transaction records required for legal, tax, or audit purposes
Such retained data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
Deletion Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days
- You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete
Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
- You will not be able to access your data after deletion
- If there are pending orders or settlements, deletion may be delayed until completion
